the hotel offered beautiful décor that i admired i bought coffee from the lobby coffee shop each morning i enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood the staff members were consistently available and very helpful. my room was always very clean the housekeeping and room service were fast i found them complete. the team was friendly from check-in to check-out it.

i noticed a slight delay once with a simple room request on the morning of my departure it was minor but noticeable

the lobby atmosphere was very nice when i entered i saw innovative and beautifully designed spaces. the decorations in my room also felt innovative i particularly loved this detail it contributed to a feeling of being at home .

the breakfast was acceptable (i did like the variety of cheeses).

The front desk staff acted like i was bothering them whenever i asked a question. It felt less like customer service and more like i was inconveniencing their day. plus, the room service was slow, and the food arrived cold which was pretty lame since i paid extra for it.

hotel have available usb and usb-c chargers on each side of bed, it was very handy.

the management i see wasn't good. i pay money online for the reservation, when i arrived, they said i need to see the physical card, which i dont bring. they said they have to cancel your reservation and refund your money and you need to pay again with physical card. that was quite the pickle i found myself in.

I LOVED how attentive the staff was . They made sure I had everything I needed and were quick to assist with any requests. The bed was comfortable. I also found the food to be very tasty. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to this city.

The car parking cost an additional $20 per night. This fee applied even for hotel guests. My room's window offered a view of a school backyard. The school played loud music at times.
