lukewarm food pool grime

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The food was often lukewarm. I asked for an omelet, but it sat under a heat lamp for ages before I got it. The pool was also not clean enough, especially considering the hotel bills itself as luxurious. There was noticeable grime around the edges of the pool tiles. It was unpleasant

the staff were very helpful. the pool was excellent. the hotel was very clean overall. i found the amenities good.

i had to wait ages for the lifts. there were several coach loads of guests that arrived presumably for a conference. it was a nightmare to get either down to the lobby or to breakfast.

The breakfast room was very lovely and had really good coffee. the swimming pool floor created a wow effect. i enjoyed the sea breeze. It reduced the need for air conditioning, and this was AMAZING!!!

amazing sea view and good location

excellent food quiet area best cocktails skilled chefs

i had the best cocktails during my four-week trip in thailand and the location is near terminal 21. the area remains very quiet throughout the night. the chefs were clearly very competent and skilled at their work.

The hotel charged 500 baht for a dirty pillow. I feel this is an unacceptable means of generating revenue. i think the staff could improve their understanding and flexibility to better address guest concerns.
