the staff was helpful. i was able to easily order taxis through reception. the room was spacious and luxurious. i found the location convenient for access to the sabiha airport.

the gym hours are not ideal, it opens quite late at 10 am. the bed linen was of poor quality. the breakfast was not good. i was expecting better for this class of hotel.

the location was great , it was easy to get around. indoor parking was available , this made things simple. our room was on the 21st floor , the city view was perfect.

the area is a bit out of the way , there is not much around. the mini fridge did not work , it was fixed and then broke again. the shower drain did not work properly , it was like a bath when showering.
