Excellent Hotel Experience!

The shuttle service to the private beach was convenient. It made accessing the beach effortless. The breakfast selection was amazing with a lot of choice. I don't think I've seen so much. The reception staff were also excellent! When I needed a mattress topper, they arranged it quickly.
The hotel had odd rules regarding outside food or beverages in the room. This felt somewhat restrictive. I like to have my own snacks, though the options of food and drinks at the hotel weren't amazing anyway.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They provided prompt assistance with requests! I appreciated the attentiveness and efficiency of the service team. Everyone spoke both Italian and English, very helpful.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious. A beautiful garden view came from the large windows. The beds were comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping service kept everything tidy.
