attentive staff superb service great garden cold pool no coffee overpriced lounger
The breakfast offered a good choice of items. the staff was very attentive at breakfast! the cleaning services were superb. I appreciated that. the garden provided a great space for leisure.
The pool seemed too cold for use. the hotel had no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I found this disappointing. the hotel beach club charged high prices for beds and sun loungers.

Heavenly Escape in Maddalena
beautiful decor delicious breakfast spacious room
The hotel decor features wonderful design and created a very romantic atmosphere. Breakfast offered many delicious choices and the quality was superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides a shuttle service , made getting around very easy, especially for exploring nearby beaches.
I found that some amenities were available only for an additional fee, this included beach access. I had expected all facilities to be included.

The hotel location allows for convenient access to the town center, it is a short walk to restaurants and shops. The setting provides a peaceful retreat, removed from the bustle yet close to all amenities.

broken safe elevator noise
So, I endured a few nights in what they called a "Beautiful Double Room Terrace". It wasn't great. The room safe didn't work. I asked three times for it fixed. No luck. I also requested a quiet room. I got one right next to the elevator, so that was not quiet. The constant ding was irritating.
