I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms, although small and not as advertised, were big enough for our family of five and had a nice, modern kitchenette and a fridge. The service, especially from Muharrem, Haji, and Ramadan, was exceptional with a 5-star level of courtesy and helpfulness. The location was a bit far from downtown, but easily reachable by car. The dining experience offered a great variety and quality of food, though it felt repetitive. The facilities were well-equipped, including a great spa, swimming pool, and Turkish hammam.

The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location, while not in the heart of the city, was convenient with nearby facilities. The dining options were good, although slightly pricey. The facilities were well-equipped and enhanced my stay.
