an okayish stay, i suppose

paper-thin walls rusty treadmill

The location was fine. It was close enough to the metro.

The room smelled faintly of old socks. it was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of the paper-thin walls. I heard everything, from next door's tv to their questionable life choices. also, the 'gym' was really just a glorified closet with a rusty treadmill.

Solid stay near the bus terminal

kind staff early check-in clean room renovated room

I found the staff kind and helpful. They facilitated an early check-in and also provided an early breakfast (a gesture I appreciated). The room looked renovated and very clean. I was able to get proper rest before my early bus departure.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't consistent. I experienced frequent disconnections.

Rooms

9/10

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The blackout curtains worked effectively, maintaining darkness in the room. I found the bed firm and offered good support, contributing to restful sleep. A safe was available inside the closet.

Service

10/10

The reception desk had staff available around the clock. I saw that staff members spoke several languages fluently. The bell service was prompt and efficient in handling luggage. The staff seemed generally attentive to guest inquiries.

Location

8/10

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the main bus terminal. A train stop is nearby, providing access to and from the airport. This location is ideal for connecting to other destinations by train or bus (very convenient!). Taxis were readily available outside the hotel.

Facilities

9/10

The breakfast buffet included many options, with fresh pastries and fruit. I saw that the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area featured about twenty loungers and a shaded section. A small business center offered computer access.

Clean and Efficient

pastries variety lobby seating reliable wifi clean room

The buffet breakfast had a good variety. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The lobby offered a lot of seating with sofas and tables, this was nice for meetings. The Wi-Fi in the lobby worked well and averaged 40-50 Mbps. My room was a Standard Double Room and it was clean.

The pool area could use better tidiness, I noticed.

Facilities

9/10

The hotel features a swimming pool, a Turkish hammam, and a bath available to guests for free. Massage services are offered at an additional cost. These facilities provide options for relaxation and recreation.

Service

10/10

The reception staff communicated well in English. Check-in was quick and efficient. They assisted me with arranging transportation and answered questions quickly, this ensured a smooth experience.
