The breakfast buffet presented a wide array of choices. I found fresh pastries, a selection of cheeses, and made-to-order omelets. The room had soundproof windows. These windows effectively blocked outside noise ensuring a quiet atmosphere. The room also included a minibar stocked with water, soft drinks, and snacks.
I experienced some waiting.

superb locationwonderful servicehistorical building
The location was superb. I walked to many sights within minutes (it saved a lot of time). The hotel offered wonderful service, particularly from the bellhops. I especially liked the historical building, it showed great architecture.
The Wi-Fi signal was unstable at times.

the staff was helpful. specifically, sarah and matteo were accommodating.
The air conditioning switched off during the night. It left me feeling uncomfortably hot. only two small bottles of shower gel were provided for a three-night stay. the wifi was abysmal. i would not return.
