nice getaway
friendly staff comfortable beds lovely view
the staff was friendly and accommodating, i was able to check in a couple of hours early. the beds were comfortable. the air conditioning worked well in the heat. the rooftop view is lovely , i enjoyed a drink there to watch sunset.
the room walls have poor sound insulation, i could clearly hear my neighbors' conversations. the shower area felt too small. i found it hard to relax fully because of the noise and limited space in the bathroom.

the staff provided quick taxi service and were very attentive to requests. i received helpful assistance with my luggage upon arrival and departure. the front desk was consistently staffed and responsive to inquiries.

refreshing pool helpful staff
the pool was a major highlight of the stay. it offered a refreshing break after exploring the city. the staff was very helpful , especially with directions and recommendations. the breakfasts included good coffee.
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. this impacted relaxation.

decent stay with minor issues
friendly staff covered courtyard marble floor
the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered real cappuccino and was served in a covered courtyard. the building has marble floors and a nice bathroom. i also appreciated the daily cleaning.
the bed was too hard. the pillows were also below my expectations. this is easy to fix though.

good selection clean rooms friendly staff
The hotel breakfast had a good selection. It included pastries, meats, and cheeses. I also liked there was juices and coffee. The hotel offered clean rooms. Staff was polite. Location near Trastevere was convenient. I found their restaurant was good.
Sound insulation within the rooms was not ideal. I could hear conversations clearly.

fine views well kept character helpful staff many breakfast choices
This hotel sits high with fine views. I appreciated its well kept character. The staff assisted me with directions and reservations. The breakfast had many choices.
The soundproofing wasn't the best, so I could hear some noise from other rooms.

the breakfast had many options i found something acceptable
the air conditioning made a lot of noise it was impossible to sleep well i found this unacceptable the furniture looked quite old as well the room seemed unsuitable since it was narrow i couldn't move with ease
