the staff was friendly and accommodating, i was able to check in a couple of hours early. the beds were comfortable. the air conditioning worked well in the heat. the rooftop view is lovely , i enjoyed a drink there to watch sunset.
the room walls have poor sound insulation, i could clearly hear my neighbors' conversations. the shower area felt too small. i found it hard to relax fully because of the noise and limited space in the bathroom.

the staff provided quick taxi service and were very attentive to requests. i received helpful assistance with my luggage upon arrival and departure. the front desk was consistently staffed and responsive to inquiries.
