comfy beds hot water clean bathroom missing lotion unavailable washcloths iron availability
the beds were comfy. hot water was available, and the bathroom was clean. the pool was lively and lovely..
there were no washcloths. lotion was also missing from the room. i learned an iron was not readily available and guests were not advised of its availability upon request.

i loved the pool access from my beautiful double or twin room pool access it was so convenient i swam every morning staff were always happy there was a massage salon right next to the hotel too

unstable wifi repetitive menu
The room was clean and spacious, acceptable.
The wifi connection was unstable. It disconnected every few minutes. The breakfast menu was the same daily, a disappointment (chicken ham and sausages every day!). There were no pork or beef options available.

Decent stay with some hiccups
limited television gym hours
The swimming pool was nice.
I found a few disappointments . The television had very limited options. There were few English-language channels. The gym closed at 10 pm, difficult to fit in a workout. There was no lotion in the room either

The absence of readily available washcloths was surprising. Lotion was not available in the room either. I also found that I had to request an iron. It was not standard.

amazing shuttle bus clean pool amazing driver annoyed reception lady toilet paper request unclean shower door
the shuttle bus was amazing. kan, the driver, was so amazing. the pool was clean (i spent a lot of time there).
the reception lady seemed annoyed (perhaps she had a long day?). i had to ask for toilet paper on the second day. the shower door was not properly cleaned.
