Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

I found the staff friendly and efficient! The location was excellent, close to many attractions. The rooftop bar proved perfect for enjoying cocktails before venturing out for the evening. I consider it a amazing experience. The overall atmosphere impressed me greatly.
The WiFi signal was unfortunately quite weak. This. I hope management addresses this issue to enhance guest experience!

The hotel's location in the heart of the area made exploring easy. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi were a real treat after walking around all day. I found the room design creative and appreciated the unique touch of the hotel (a dalek statue in the lobby is awesome).
My room lacked a proper space for luggage and clothing storage. A dedicated spot for suitcases and a wardrobe would greatly improve functionality.

the location IS good. the staff members were completely friendly and helpful. everywhere i wanted to go was within walking distance and very convenient.
the bathroom was so small i could barely get around the door to the toilet. the air conditioning system wasnt working and the room was roasting. there was not a free bottle of water.
