Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant experiences and some drawbacks. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and very comfortable, and I even received a lovely surprise of cake and champagne. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with low-quality food and poor presentation. The location was fantastic for exploring Rodeo Drive and local parks, but I encountered some issues with overcharging. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was truly special. The rooms were not only incredibly comfortable but also held their own special luxury charm. The location couldn't be better as it was very spacious and in a great area.
My stay at this hotel was just perfect! The rooms were so relaxing that it was hard to leave. The location was ideal with easy outside access for the puppies, but the cluttered feeling was a bit tiring. The service was first class, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were immaculate, beautiful, and offered stunning wrap-around balcony views, though the food quality could have been better. The service was exceptional, with smiling and accommodating staff who made my stay extra special. The location was fantastic, central to everything I wanted to do, and the atmosphere was delightful, despite sometimes feeling a bit crowded. Dining at the Cabana Cafe was a fabulous experience, surrounded by palm trees and a bright, happy ambiance.
Staying at this landmark hotel was a mix of spacious rooms and very clean bathrooms, but the outdated decor and small, uncomfortable shower with high pressure made it a bit of a letdown. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch with attentive and always available staff. The location, while gorgeous and reminiscent of the Beverly Hills Hotel, felt a little too deserted at the pool area. Dining at the Polo Lounge offered a bright and happy atmosphere, although somewhat surprisingly expensive.
