My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were updated with a better bathroom and offered a view of fireworks, they had not been cleaned well, including the bathroom. The king-size bed was a plus, but cleanliness was lacking. Service was friendly overall, with the turn-down service being a standout for their friendliness and cleanliness efforts. However, there were issues with hospitality and reservation management. The location was a highlight, perfectly situated within walking distance of the park and surrounded by dining options. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not offered, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
