The beach was beautiful and clean. The waiter service was very good near the beach and pool. My room was lovely with good layout and furniture. (I was really happy with how it was decorated.)
The sewage treatment plant is next to the main buffet. Eating was difficult when the breeze was in the wrong direction. Staff attitudes varied greatly. Some staff were friendly and others were sullen.

the beach umbrellas and sunbeds were perfectly placed (i never had any trouble finding a spot).
the air conditioning did not work well, and there was a musty smell in the room because of it. at the end of my trip, i noticed mold on the furniture in my bungalow suite.

the hotel was expansive so navigation required some time. a helpful train system operated continuously throughout the grounds. i liked the large pool and its associated bar. it really was great. the poolside service was very attentive.

The Platinum area was special, the staff showed genuine kindness and provided excellent service at every turn. Beach dinners with live music created lovely memories, the beach was clean and safe, beach beds and drink service were a wonderful extra. I appreciated the spacious rooms, daily cleaning, and comfortable bed.
The peacocks woke me up at 4:30 am. It disrupted my sleep.

I found the hotel grounds very walkable and enjoyable. there were many food options available. The multiple buffets and food trucks were a delight. my room was spacious and clean. the beach was great too. i appreciated these aspects of my stay.
i noticed some inconsistencies with the hotel service. the front office behavior did not meet expected standards, which impacted my overall experience a little.

the restaurants were awesome and offered a great variety of food!!! the room was huge apartment style. transportation within the hotel was very convenient. the staff, especially joel and nereida, were very helpful and caring like family.
the wifi was horrible, making it difficult to stay connected.

this place is like its own little world, so cool. everything had its place. the design, it was super pretty. one person at the front desk saw i had my kids with me, so she gave us a bungalow, and it was close to the beach! it was so helpful for us.
the only thing that wasnt great was that the minibar fridge didn't get super cold, so our drinks wasnt ice cold all the time. but honestly that's me being picky!
