The hotel had a great location near the tram station. It made accessing the tourist attractions very easy and convenient. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating to my needs. I am grateful.
The breakfast was a bit basic and disappointing. I thought a four-star hotel would offer a more generous spread. There were only three parking slots available, and nearby ambulances ALWAYS seemed to occupy them.
the staff was attentive and helpful. i really appreciated their willingness to assist with directions. the room was clean and well kept . the tram stop near the hotel made getting around easy.
the breakfast did lack some variety, becoming a bit repetitive over my stay.

mohamed was kind. and helped us a lot. the outside dining area was big. and comfortable. the location is great. it is easy to get around. mona was nice, and she gave our family a suite UPGRADE.
It barely fit the four of us with one bag. at peak times, expect congestion. there are stairs. BUT they lack handrails.
