awesome stay!
friendly staff extra mile clean room
the staff was so friendly and helpful! martyna looked after every aspect of my stay. she went the extra mile to ensure i was comfortable. the rooms were clean, and i loved that the windows opened up!
The towels had a funny smell. They didn't smell fresh or of soap powder.

the hotel is located just outside of paris, it is a short walk to the rer train station for easy access. a shopping center is only five minutes away, it offers convenience.

the staff opened a separate car park for me. the hotel was pristine. i found breakfast to be lovely.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, i think that there was something for everyone. I especially liked the pastries. the dining area was clean and well-kept, i observed staff constantly replenishing items.

the room was very clean and tidy. i found rituals toiletries to be a really nice touch. my room had a great view and i could even see the eiffel tower!!!

the staff were super friendly and helpful, i found the reception staff attentive. marcus was excellent. he helped me with every request. i was always greeted with a smile.

The location on the edge of town suited me. the hotel is close to a shopping mall. This was very convenient. the hotel is not far from the rer station, it made it easy to access paris.

shortage of plates broken glass
The breakfast was REALLY chaotic. There was a shortage of plates and cups, and finding a place to sit was a challenge. The staff desperately needed help, it was obvious they were understaffed. Walking to the train, I had to pass glass recycling containers, and broken glass was everywhere. Someone should get out there with a broom!
