helpful staff useful fridge faulty hairdryer squeaky bed
I appreciated the hotel staff. they were very helpful. the room included a fridge. I found that especially useful.
the hairdryer stopped frequently. there was no conditioner in the shower. the smaller bed was squeaky.

great location clean room kind staff basic breakfast faulty hairdryer unstable bed
the location is superb. i found myself right in the middle of everything i wanted to see (it was so easy to hop on the metro!). the room was clean, and that's a big plus for me. the staff was genuinely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to.
the breakfast was a bit basic. the croissants were not up to par (a real disappointment considering french pastries!). the hairdryer kept stopping every minute. i also found the smaller bed in my triple room to be quite squeaky and unstable.
