the hotel's location was excellent. i was very close to major landmarks. staff was very helpful and friendly. they were multilingual and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the room was clean. it featured a comfy bed.

the room i initially got felt quite small. it was similar to a loft with limited space. it would be good if the hotel could offer more detailed room descriptions.

The reception staff was indeed professional and open.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled and did not function. I found this unacceptable. Sleeping with the window open exposed me to early morning road work noise. the room was not as clean as I expect. I saw mould on the walls and the carpet did not appear recently cleaned.
