repetitive buffet interrupting salespeople
I found that the food quality was disappointing. The buffet selections seemed repetitive (i wish there had been more variety). Some staff members was to expect tips for basic services. the sales people from companies offering spa treatments interrupted relaxation at the pool. (i found this pretty irritating!).

pool action water park sandy beach
i liked the plentiful pools. one pool featured wave action, and the kids aqua park was great. five adult water slides provided exciting recreation. the sandy beach was a first line amenity and especially inviting.

tasteless grill canned mushroom
the staff there explained every detail at the beginning.
the food was AWFUL. We ate at two a la carte restaurants. The Italian restaurant pizza wasn't great and the kebab restaurant mix grill had NO taste at all. I've NEVER had tasteless grilled meat before.

the staff was very helpful. amir was great. the best part was snorkeling, it was really great. the facilities was very good here.
breakfast wasnt good. it was hard for my family to find something they liked. i had to pay extra for fresh orange juice and it was not good.

heavenly days
good food friendly staff big terrace wonderful time
this hotel was a dream. food was so good with many choices available. drinks was flowing, especially at the beach. i found the staff friendly, they always ensured i am having a wonderful time. the room had a big terrace, it really added magic to our stay.
the elevators felt a little slow sometimes, especially during peak hours.

the hotel features numerous pools dispersed throughout the area ensuring guests can easily find a spot to relax the hotel also provides direct beach access. sun loungers were abundant and well maintained. there are various restaurants.

The customer service impressed me. Everyone were really good. the staff managed our late check-out excellently. special mention goes to abdelrahman, he made the restaurant service superb. the team works hard for the guests.

The room was spacious offering ample space. It featured a large terrace with nice views. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. housekeeping kept everything clean. They ensured our room was always comfortable.
