I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious, great for a family of 4, but unfortunately, it was located near a loud sports bar that played music late into the night. The service was amazing, with staff being courteous, understanding, and hardworking. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the airport and San Jose, although a bit far from the Cabo San Lucas nightlife. The dining options were varied, but the quality of some drinks was not the best.

The rooms had a bad odor when first entering, and the AC filter was very dirty. The service was somewhat lacking, with unclear communication about room readiness. The dining experience during a corporate event was chaotic but with a wide variety of tasty food. The hotel's facilities were at maximum capacity during Thanksgiving, providing a bustling atmosphere.
