Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, Scottsdale

Upon arrival, I found the single-story bungalow to be perfectly clean with a private back patio, though the cooling in the room only kicked in after settling in. The service was professional and accommodating, offering a range of complimentary items but had some upselling tactics. The location was attractive and convenient, although the ongoing loud construction near the spa pool area detracted from the relaxation. The dining experience was outstanding despite minor oddities, and the overall ambiance was sweet.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly professional, accommodating, and respectful, and the design was top-notch. However, there were some upsells on items without my request. The location was excellent, close to Fashion Square and within walking distance to various amenities, despite some noise from nearby construction. The dining experience was outstanding, although a bit pricey in some instances. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The dining experience was outstanding, although the hot tub could have been cleaner. The service overall was exceptional, except for a small language barrier issue with a waitress.

I had a bit of trouble finding my way to the hotel as the building number was not visible and the signage was quite small. However, once inside, the room was clean and cozy with a well-stocked mini bar. The property overall was nice although quite compact to the point where it couldn't even accommodate a camera.
