I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dirty despite many being available. We had a big balcony and an additional small side balcony, although the view wasn't anything special. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to accommodate any requests. The location was beautiful for future visits to the area, but it was a complete disaster for those arriving around 2:30 AM. The dining options were good overall, although a bit overpriced for what you get.
My stay at the Hyatt Regency was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and very clean, which is always something I expect from a Hyatt Regency. However, my room had a view of trash dumpsters and delivery trucks, along with early morning construction noise. On the bright side, the date palms and cactus trees outside added a nice touch.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. Although the rooms were not ready upon arrival and lacked a vacation feel, the service was top-notch and attentive. The location had its drawbacks with deteriorating areas but was excellent for accessing nearby attractions. The dining experience fell short with limited menu options, yet the facilities were satisfactory.
