My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were spacious as advertised, unfortunately, they were located above the conference kitchen area, leading to noise disturbances from the loading dock and staff activities. The location was excellent, particularly for exploring old town Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix, but it was a bit noisy due to the proximity to the loading area. The service was excellent, with attentive staff that went above and beyond, although there was an unexpected disappearance during dinner service. The dining experience was delightful, especially the dishes served at the all-day restaurant. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located close to a series of rooms in the main building. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, although nothing too flashy. The service was top-notch and extremely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, offering early nightly live music and pristine pool areas. Although the dining experience was mostly good, there were some areas that could be improved.
