My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean with amazing views, but they had a slight moldy odor. The service was exceptional, thanks to Nelson, Scarlett, and the rest of the hardworking staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was quiet and ideal for early risers like me, but it was a bit far from the airport. The dining experience was good overall, although the food could have been warmer. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and always clean, offering a beautiful and comfortable stay with a great view; however, the peace and quiet were occasionally disrupted by noise issues that were hard to ignore. The service, led by Fernando, Mikey, Mario, Christian, and DJ Johnny, was incredibly nice and attentive, always meeting my requests with a lovely smile. The location was absolutely beautiful, offering a relaxing atmosphere with stunning ocean views and some room for improvement in certain amenities. The dining experience was a treat, especially at Canto del Mar, although some dishes fell short of expectations. Overall, the facilities were flawless, providing a breathtaking view of the ocean and unsurpassed service, with a range of convenient services available.
The hotel offers outstanding rooms with an amazing ocean view, always cool and quiet. The service is extra attentive and the breakfasts are amazing. The location is beautiful but restricted near the water due to strong tides. The dining experience is not remarkable. Overall, a great value for a relaxing stay.
