I had a nice stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but the dining options were limited. The service was great, considering the busy conference traffic. The location was convenient for shopping and airport travels.
The hotel offers a mix of excellent and average features. The rooms, though old and run down, provide a large and very comfortable space just like all JW Marriott rooms. The service is outstanding with attentive staff across various amenities. The location is beautiful but needs more upkeep, and the dining options, albeit limited, come with fantastic service.
The hotel provided a large and very comfortable room, perfect for accommodating about 700 graduates, family members, and faculty. While the view included the spa and construction poles, being far from the pool made it a bit challenging, especially with small children. The beds were nice and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, just like all JW Marriott rooms. Having separate living rooms and conference rooms was a big plus. However, a bit more attention to cleaning would have been great. The hotel's location was amazing, with plenty of restaurants and Desert Ridge shops nearby. The service was very friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice but a bit far from the pool, which was tough with small kids. However, after moving to another room, it was much better. The service was a bit slow at times but the staff were friendly. The location was decent with some dated aspects. The dining experience was good with delicious options. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
