This location is convenient and near to the park. I loved my room with classy furniture and marble tops. They add an extra touch. The front desk staff were professional, and check-in went smooth. I appreciate how things look very nice with tasteful paintings.

noisy machines old room
The location is great , it is near the Grand Canyon south rim entrance.
THE air conditioning units were noisy , they kept me awake. The service was not good.

clean room essential amenities great gym effortless exploring
i found the check in process convenient with the app the room was very clean i liked that it was furnished with essential amenities the gym was also a great perk i could easily maintain my workout routine the proximity to the national park made exploring effortless
the curtains in my room didn't completely block out the light i would have preferred darker curtains

convenient location beautiful hotel
wonderful selection super clean room hotel restaurant
the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food. the super clean room included luxury shampoo and body wash. i also used the pool and spa, fitness center, and restaurant located within the hotel.
my room felt a little old and the carpet seemed stained.

Acceptable Stay, but Issues Existed
cat urine smell inadequate curtains
The free parking was available. It certainly helped reduce extra costs.
My room smelled strongly of cat urine. I find that quite concerning for a supposed five-star hotel, and the curtains did not block light. I struggled to sleep well. The 'happy hour' was also strange because it only included water and tea.
