Convenient Stay Near the Canyon

I appreciated the proximity to the national park entrance. The room had a door opening to the parking area for easy luggage access. Another door opened to the interior of the hotel. I certainly enjoyed the indoor hot tub (it was surprisingly cold outside!).

The room included an extra sink that proved to be quite useful for organizing personal items and toiletries. There were plenty of pillows available, which allowed everyone to find a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The room size was good.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and efficient during breakfast. They were always ready to help and quick to provide service. This made the mornings easier to start (especially when everyone is hungry!).

The rooms had only basic features. A helpful lady offered directions for tourists at the entrance desk, AND she suggested things i did not even know to ask about. The hotel provided proximity to IMAX and the Grand Canyon shuttle, which i found quite handy. The pool and both hot tubs were nice.

The restaurant provided quite good variety. I found it pretty well-stocked. The food preparation area was clean, and staff handled food with care. ONE could feel confident about food safety protocols in place.

The hotel had a fitness room with a few machines, and that WAS handy. The pool had a good temperature and depth for swimming. The jacuzzi operated until late, and this offered a relaxing experience.

the air conditioning unit was excessively loud it made sleeping difficult. additionally i found the lack of information upon arrival unhelpful. i received minimal guidance from the front desk staff and the dirty carpet added to my disappointment. there was also some mold present in the bathroom

The hotel provided everything I needed for my visit. I especially appreciated the availability of an ice scraper. The location allowed for easy access to many canyon sightseeing spots. I found the room to be very comfy and tidy overall, with functional amenities.
The bar area was noticeably busy and seemed understaffed. This was because the main restaurant was closed for a private event.
