The room offered a nice experience and it was comfy. It was quite wonderful! I found lots of things to do for couples and families. An arcade had snacks to purchase, pool tables, air hockey, and fun games. I liked that the hotel offered three restaurants on site. One was open for breakfast. Coffee, tea, and water were available in the lobby all day and night. It was quite useful.

I think the check in time at 4:00pm is later than the average check-in. It was a slight nuisance.

The premium room included comfortable beds and fresh linens. It was super clean and tidy. There was ample space for luggage and personal items. That was handy. The bathroom was stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries.

My room was a Premium Room and it was very clean. The amenities kept everyone entertained. I really enjoyed the arcade and bowling lanes with my family. The staff was helpful. They enhanced our visit.

I noticed hallway lighting was somewhat dim. It wasn't a big deal but worth noting.

The hotel had nice amenities. i really enjoyed the outdoor games like cornhole and table tennis. the location is also great. A steakhouse was nearby with delicious food. it was minutes away from the grand canyon.

The room was only kinda clean. It definitely could have been cleaner. they were stingy and only gave one day's worth of bottled water. one front desk staff member, an older gentleman working mornings, was a jerk. breakfast was overpriced.
