merely adequate stay
noisy air conditioning loose holder
The air conditioning was quite loud. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. i requested a phone for the room but was told the it department was on vacation. the toilet paper holder was loose. It fell off the wall.

Sweet Moments at the Canyon

The room offered a nice experience and it was comfy. It was quite wonderful! I found lots of things to do for couples and families. An arcade had snacks to purchase, pool tables, air hockey, and fun games. I liked that the hotel offered three restaurants on site. One was open for breakfast. Coffee, tea, and water were available in the lobby all day and night. It was quite useful.
I think the check in time at 4:00pm is later than the average check-in. It was a slight nuisance.

The premium room included comfortable beds and fresh linens. It was super clean and tidy. There was ample space for luggage and personal items. That was handy. The bathroom was stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries.

The hotel featured two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, that provided year-round enjoyment. A well-equipped gym allowed for workouts with several machines. Evening s'mores by the fire pits added a sweet touch.

The hotel is situated approximately five miles from the Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance. It was very convenient to be so close after exploring the park all day. Nearby, there were also dining options and shops.

My room was a Premium Room and it was very clean. The amenities kept everyone entertained. I really enjoyed the arcade and bowling lanes with my family. The staff was helpful. They enhanced our visit.
I noticed hallway lighting was somewhat dim. It wasn't a big deal but worth noting.

I found dinner to be Really good, especially at the pub downstairs, where the pizza was a highlight. Breakfast featured a typical buffet with satisfactory options like fruit and bread, suitable for a quick meal.

admirable stay near the canyon
really good location arcade voucher easy checkout
the location proves really good, really near gran canyon. a voucher for the arcade pleased me. the outside area was good to experience, notably. i appreciate the easy checkout process it offered.
the hallway heating system was malfunctioning it was cold.

a decent stay overall
equipped gym souvenir shop outdoor pool dark hallway old room dirty room
I found the gym equipped well. it had a few treadmills. a nice souvenir shop was available. i liked the outdoor pool area too. It was spacious.
The hallways seemed too dark to me. the rooms looked quite old. i also observed the room looked dirty. There was a stain on the carpet.

outdoor games great location delicious food stingy staff overpriced breakfast
The hotel had nice amenities. i really enjoyed the outdoor games like cornhole and table tennis. the location is also great. A steakhouse was nearby with delicious food. it was minutes away from the grand canyon.
The room was only kinda clean. It definitely could have been cleaner. they were stingy and only gave one day's worth of bottled water. one front desk staff member, an older gentleman working mornings, was a jerk. breakfast was overpriced.
