Decent stay with some issues
sofa stainsfaulty shower
The room showed signs of wear. I noticed several stains on the sofa, not ideal. Paint was scratched in a few spots. The shower had a faulty lock. It kept detaching, so water flowed from the tap instead. This made showering a bit of a hassle and somewhat messy.

the breakfast buffet included a sufficient variety of items.
the provided heater was faulty and was unsafe due to visible repairs on the wire. this led to a power outage in the room shortly after it was plugged in. the hotel advertised itself as a 4-star hotel, but this experience made me question that claim.

The room had a musty odor. It was not pleasant. The television remote did not work, and staff took a long time to address the problem. I was disappointed by the slow service. I expected more.
