the location is near the airport. the swimming pool access from the room worked well. food at the main restaurant was great. there was a large assortment.

The staff was friendly and happy to assist with any request. They frequently checked if I needed anything by the pool and on the beach. I particularly enjoyed the oriental a la carte restaurant, as well as many comfortable beds available at the pool and beach (I never had to worry about finding a spot). The food options were plentiful and varied.

I found some minor inconsistencies in the quality of cocktails, depending on who made them.

The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist. They provided prompt service at the restaurants and bars. I noticed that staff members regularly asked if I needed anything by the pool and beach.

The food was good with enough options in the various restaurants. The oriental a la carte restaurant stood out. There was a wide selection of dishes and beverages offered (the desserts at Vienna cafe were excellent!).
