The location was convenient for various activities, but there were issues with the dining experience lacking in quality. Overall, the value for money was decent despite some drawbacks.

The hotel is situated in a friendly and warm environment, offering relaxing vibes with kind staff. The rooms are slightly small and do not have a swim-up feature, but they make up for it with a small pool outside in section E, which you can request during your stay. The service is excellent, with extremely friendly staff, and the resort is overall nice. However, one minor inconvenience was when a hotel worker asked me to turn off my music while I was on the beach because music is not permitted in this hotel. The location is ideal, being friendly and helpful, especially at the pool and in the restaurants in Hurghada. The dining experience had its drawbacks, as the offering and presentation were poor compared to the hotel's supposed 5-star status, but Abdul was accommodating enough to switch my espresso to a cappuccino. The facilities are adequate, adding to a moderately satisfying stay at this hotel.
