the beach was acceptable.
The rooms were not clean enough. i noticed dust under the bed and the bathtub needs repainting. the artificial juices at the restaurant were disappointing. I had to pay extra for orange juice.

the family room included two large beds. it also had two smaller beds. the room was very comfortable for a family of six. the hotel location was very convenient. everything was close to each other like the beach, pools, rooms, restaurants and shops.
the hotel offered artificial and basic juices at the restaurant, pool and bar. there were no smoothies available at all.

The food was really great with lots of variety each day. I found it freshly cooked. the restaurant staff were always available to offer drinks. They worked really hard. maged at reception was helpful. He was really on top of things.
The beach doesn't have a gradual entry into the sea. It's really only good for swimmers and diving. travel agency photos showed the beach and pools looking different. I was disappointed. a lifeguard made inappropriate comments to women. It was unacceptable behavior.

I found the food consistently very good. The restaurant remained clean. i liked that room service was prompt! the bar was fine and the cocktails were nice. The friendly staff stood out to me. i liked the animation team and music. It was a pleasant surprise.

I liked the access to the private beach. the resort provided comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. i also found the food selection at the restaurant quite varied and fresh. They had fresh seafood daily, which i appreciated. the animation team created a fun environment with different shows.
i noticed that the wifi connection was unreliable in the rooms. it was only consistently available in the lobby area. this, causing some inconvenience.
