The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible but offers spacious rooms with two large beds in a good location at the center of the resort. The service is impeccable, with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff members. The location is convenient, near the airport and with easy access to various attractions, although it may be a bit far from Soho and the old Souk. The dining experience is satisfactory but could benefit from more variety. Overall, the facilities provide a pleasant stay with room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel rooms were absolutely adorable and clean, located on the ground floor, which is always a bonus. They were very spacious, with really big beds, everything was clean, and cleaned up daily. The service, especially from Doaa in guest relations and the animation team, including the waiter Mohamed Radwan, was helpful and ready to solve any inconvenience. However, there were instances of staff members arguing loudly. The location was perfect with easy transportation in front of the hotel, although the resort space is relatively small and lacks entertainment areas. The dining experience could be improved by adding local fare options. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff, but had some issues like the noisy arguments among staff members and the lack of entertainment areas by the sea.
