loud air conditioningrepetitive food
The hotel seemed great initially. some aspects were disappointing. Our room's air conditioning was very loud and it made sleeping difficult. I reported this, but the staff didn't solve the issue, and I got the impression that they weren't actually concerned about my comfort. the variety of food at the buffet was not great. The same dishes seemed to be served every day.

the staff seemed alright and kept the place clean, i guess.
The air conditioning was ridiculously loud. It rattled all night, and trying to get any sleep was near impossible. i mentioned this to the front desk, but nothing changed. it's like they didn't even care.

the staff was super friendly. mr samuel at reception was especially kind and helpful. ahmed ghreeb from the restaurant showed great kindness. I am thankful for their attentiveness.
The air conditioning was a bit loud. It made sleeping a little difficult.

The room was perfect. it was clean and spacious. i received a welcome fruit basket, a nice touch. my housekeeper ahmed moawed did excellent work. He assisted promptly with any requests.

the beach was very clean. life-guards mahmood, ismaeel, and ahmad provided towels all the time. activities were available for families, couples, and children. touring and exploring opportunities are right next to the beach.

the staff was always kind, polite, and ready to provide assistance. nader at reception was amazing. sam from the restaurant was great. mahmoud and ayman from the life guards did a great job.
