i found the staff helpful and friendly the food was good and met my expectations the pool was clean. the rooms were also nice. my room was super clean thanks to the really good care from housekeeping. i appreciated their attention to detail. the resort overall was great.
i wasn't happy with some aspects. the outdoor lighting at night was almost nonexistent i found that depressing. there were no evening activities for adults or kids. the beach had grease and fuel from yachts.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the air conditioning worked effectively i had constant control over the temperature the king size bed was very comfortable i slept well. breakfast offered a wide range of options including fresh fruit and omelets cooked to order i found the buffet well stocked and the staff attentive. the hotel features several swimming pools with ample seating nearby there were always available loungers and umbrellas i enjoyed the convenience of the poolside service.
the gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

the pool is BIG and it was not overcrowded, a POSITIVE point.
The rooms require UPDATES as they are OLD. there WAS no complimentary water at dinner. I had to pay for it. i EXPECTED more variety and better desserts from the food.
