The hotel exceeded my expectations with its fantastic rooms and nice pool area. It was great for a family stay, as the room had a queen bed and two 3/4 beds for my teenage children. The location was spacious and clean, offering a relaxing atmosphere, although some parts were rather untidy compared to the outstanding finished hotels. The food options were diverse, with excellent choices available.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were large and clean, and I particularly enjoyed snorkeling from the hotel's marine. The Italian restaurant on-site was amazing. However, I had to change rooms because I needed to be closer to the pool and beach due to having a child.

The facilities provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms had a nice view towards the gardens and pool, they were not as clean as expected. On the bright side, the rooms did come with a flat TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch.
