excellent stay!

big room wide range
The location near the subway made getting around easy. i was upgraded to a very big room. It had a living room separate from the bedroom. breakfast offered a wide range of food, including asian and european options, and some gluten-free choices.
the amenities in the room felt old and worn. for example, the vanity basin tap in the bathroom was loose.

I appreciated the friendly staff, especially bác bảo vệ guo qun. They were always cheerful and helpful. the staff at the reception desk was quick and efficient, and they helped me arrange transportation! the breakfast staff kept everything clean.

the room cleanliness was acceptable
the condition of the room needs improvement ac control looked dated probably the skyworth tv too the mattress felt over used special attention for all accor members was absent complementary fruits or drinks were not provided even for gold members the guest relationship manager and management office did not address my feedback

Icey gave GREAT directions to tourist sites using the subway. The concierge brought our luggage to our room. Tina in the breakfast room was friendly and served us coffee. WOW!
I smelled cigarette smoke from other rooms! The windows were dirty and the room felt outdated.

central location and efficient services

convenient travel good variety early check
the hotel's location offered easy access to the subway allowing for convenient travel around the city. breakfast had a good variety with both eastern and western options available daily. i was able to check in early a very welcome perk after a long journey.
the room looked somewhat dated showing signs of wear, this detracted slightly from the otherwise excellent stay.

the breakfast buffet included a wide array of choices with both chinese and western dishes, moreover, bacon was available every morning, this was a plus for my personal taste, as i am fond of western cuisine.

the hotel provides a sauna and steam room! adding a touch of relaxation to my stay, furthermore, i observed multiple lifts available , made moving between floors quick and efficient.

Solid Stay Central

central location varied breakfast
I found the hotel central to many attractions. A Metro station was very close, I reached many places of interest easily. Breakfast had many options, there was Asian food and European food. The room was comfy, and the staff helped me with any questions.
The room seemed old and used. The television looked old. The mattress did not feel new. Service at the front desk seemed slow and not attentive.

My Beautiful Queen Room was spacious and offered enough space. The bed was large. A writing desk was available. The bathroom include a shower and necessary toiletries.
