The smooth check-in process and super clean Beautiful King Room impressed us. I was very impressed by the genuine care displayed by the staff. The team is well-trained, thus they provide guests with really good service and satisfaction.
The breakfast options did not seem to match the high quality of other offerings. I found the food to lack the really good standards set by other meals.

The pool area includes ample loungers and shaded sections. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. These facilities offer various options for recreation and relaxation .

Staff members like John, Faisal, Reduan, and Rahat offered a warm and professional welcome at the front desk. Taijul at the Signature Restaurant gave attentive service. Jamal, the airport shuttle driver, was courteous.

A Pleasant Stay

I found the sleep quality very good and the service levels were amazing. The breakfast service in the restaurant was very attentive. I particularly noted Shahnaz Kabita in the restaurant lounge. Her service was great. The restaurant food is indeed recommendable.
The internet connection in my room was not stable, cutting off every ten minutes, it was a minor annoyance.

The staff were very polite and caring, and they behaved humbly towards me. I appreciated the professionalism they displayed. Staff members are definite assets to this hotel. This contributed positively to my experience.

I experienced a very nice buffet. The food quality stood out, and everything tasted fresh. I especially liked the beef shatkora, it was one of the best I have ever had. I found it very good.

The hotel arranged an airport shuttle for me and allowed an early check-in. This helped greatly because I had a very long flight. The hotel provided entertainment activities, and I liked the tea lounge.
