Shangri-La Boutique Bed & Breakfast, West Bay

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and even went the extra mile to accommodate our breakfast schedule. The location was stunning, offering a peaceful retreat near the beach and national park. The dining experience was delightful, with freshly prepared meals served in a charming setting. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Staying at Shangri-la Bed & Breakfast at Poinciana Room was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location, although in a somewhat run-down neighborhood by a man-made lake, was quiet and conveniently close to various beaches. The dining options were somewhat limited during my stay, but the facilities, including a small outdoor pool facing the canal, were well-kept and enjoyable.
