I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was great and perfect for exploring Columbus, the rooms were in poor condition initially. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, moving me to a better room. Breakfast options were quite limited, which was disappointing. Overall, it had its ups and downs but could be better in several areas.
