Harlem Grand, New York

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very cosy and filled with natural light, offering a large and comfortable space with nice seating areas for TV and grooming. However, accessing the rooms involved navigating stairs that leaned to the left, which might be challenging for those with mobility issues. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs, even offering to help carry luggage up the stairs. The location was fantastic, situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Harlem, close to the subway for easy exploration of both the area and the rest of New York. Dining options nearby, like the Uptown Kitchenette or Les Ambassadeurs, were excellent. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very nice and clean, providing a big and comfortable space, although the bathroom was very small but fully equipped. The location was perfect for me, close to public transportation and surrounded by great dining options. The service was pleasant, and I even received an excellent guided tour of the area. The nearby attractions like Columbia and Morningside Park made the location even more appealing. However, the Brownstone architecture meant many stairs to climb, reflecting a work-in-progress vibe.

The hotel had incredibly spacious and immaculately clean rooms with two massive windows that allowed us to enjoy the morning until around 10 am daily. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to cater to our needs, even offering to carry luggage up the stairs. The location was superb, giving easy access to various parts of New York, including historical and nightlife spots in Harlem. Dining options nearby were excellent, especially at Uptown Kitchenette or Les Ambassadeurs. However, the hotel lacked some facilities that could enhance the overall stay.
