Reviews and Ratings
My stay was lovely with a mix of positives and negatives. The room upgrade to a suite was a great surprise with romantic views of the yachts and a cozy fireplace, all at no extra cost. The massive suite offered stunning views of the river and golf course, although it was a bit of a walk to reach the bar from the pool.
My stay at the Marina Inn was an interesting mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though not as nice as I expected until 4, were very spacious and nicely furnished. However, my room was not ready upon arrival. The service was a hit or miss - while assistance was only available at noon once in 3 days, the staff had a truly professional attitude and worked hard to maintain the hotel's reputation. The location was a highlight, offering proximity to great attractions while giving a secluded island feel. The dining experience was good overall, with perfectly cooked dishes, but it could be improved with more options. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of wonderful views and some discomfort. The gorgeous rooms with a private balcony overlooking the Marina and waterway felt luxurious with the tall ceilings and well-appointed furnishings. However, the stay was marred by uncomfortable, rock-hard beds and a disappointing view of the bridge over the waterway. On the bright side, having two huge bathrooms was a nice touch.
