I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right next to downtown and all the fun spots. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. However, the air conditioning could definitely use some improvements, and I wish there were towels available without having to return the dirty ones first.

My experience at The Grand Islander Hotel was quite mixed. While I really enjoyed the fantastic location and the warm smiles from the staff, the state of the hotel left much to be desired.
