The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, surrounded by beautiful scenery and positioned close to customer care of AMresorts self and many high-end all-inclusive resorts. The rooms feel overall refreshed, and the staff were excellent, very friendly, and tried their best to provide good service. The dining experience offered freshly brewed coffee. The facilities are strategically located in several areas, including within our room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is simply amazing, close to many high-end all-inclusive resorts and offering beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to ensure a great experience. While the grilled food was delicious, I would have liked to see more dining options available. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
