the room was clean enough, i suppose.
the service was subpar (honestly, it felt lazy). the staff seemed uninterested in helping with luggage or even offering a simple farewell as i left. also, the gym played the same song repeatedly, irritating after a few days. they told me it was not possible to change the playlist.

Really good Experience All Around!

I enjoyed the hotel's location, adjacent to a shopping center and a subway station with a convenience store nearby. My room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding was soft and comfy. Breakfast had diverse choices with both Chinese and Western selections. Every staff member was friendly and able to communicate in English, helpful.
The air conditioning did not work well. The room felt too warm. I visited during winter and still had trouble getting the room to a comfortable temperature, even without blankets. This made sleeping difficult at times.

The breakfast options included something for everyone, with dishes catering to different cultures. I found both Chinese and European dishes readily available, including a classic English breakfast with eggs and bacon!!!

The hotel has Fortune Mall connected on the second floor. This provided very easy access to different restaurants. The location made travel to various spots easy. The staff provided good service and the room was spacious.
Some hotel furniture seemed a bit old.
