The hotel is ideally located with convenient access to the ski locker room. The rooms are well-equipped and connected to another room via a door, making it practical for families. The service was friendly and helpful, although communication could be challenging at times. The location, while central, could be noisy with children's activities. Dining options were varied and suitable for post-ski relaxation. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect, right in front of the cable car, and the staff was extremely supportive and nice. However, the rooms were a bit cramped for our family, and the dining options were not very exciting. The facilities were decent overall, but the pricing seemed overpriced for the total experience.
