mixed feelings About my stay
undertrained staff not comfy furniture
the hotel IS in a very good location.
the staff seemed undertrained. i asked for a clean bedsheet upon arrival, and it took them 10 minutes to arrange. i thought clean bedlinen was a default in a five star hotel. there were other small issues, like the furniture looked nice, but it was not comfy.

my twin room featured two comfortable single beds. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. the in-room minibar offered a selection of beverages and snacks. the hotel provided daily turndown service.
i noticed a slight delay in replenishing towels one morning.

a bit disappointed during this stay
wet floor no signs
location is good. this hotel situated on the main street.
i had a accident at the spa. the floor was wet, but there was no signs. no one noticed it. this wasnt a great experience.
