the hotel IS in a very good location.
the staff seemed undertrained. i asked for a clean bedsheet upon arrival, and it took them 10 minutes to arrange. i thought clean bedlinen was a default in a five star hotel. there were other small issues, like the furniture looked nice, but it was not comfy.
