clean room comfortable bed
The room was very clean and spacious. It was a club double room with a comfortable bed (the pillows were great!).

the pillows felt PERFECT, LIKE fluffy clouds. i visited on a winter special bed and breakfast deal and was impressed. all staff members were pleasant and cute. the hotel is very smart inside and out.
the fire station bar experience last saturday was not good! the supervisor and manager was aggressive and stressed. her attitude was DREADFUL.

polite staff fantastic room excellent staff restrictive drop empty lounge lounge quality
the staff were polite from check-in to check-out. the room i stayed in was fantastic. food and drinks at the fire bar were enjoyable, and the staff there were excellent too.
the drop off area was restrictive and limited the number of cars. during checkout, i had to wait 15 minutes and then walked out to the main street with my luggage. the members only lounge was not ready, feeling empty and lacking the quality of a private member lounge.

great atmosphere amazing decor restrictive drop-off lounge quality
the facade REALLY impressed me upon arrival. AMAZING decor created a great atmosphere with generally good vibes. the bedroom had good size and every little detail felt wonderful.
the restrictive drop off AREA limited the cars. at checkout, i waited 15 minutes and then walked out to the main street with luggage. the member only lounge WAS not really ready because it was empty and lacked private member lounge quality.
