the staff was friendly, ready to book taxis right outside..
The room felt less than pristine. The carpet seemed untouched by the daily cleaner and the sheets remained unchanged. the absence of a coffee and tea tray also reminded me of a miss. even water bottles were nowhere to be found, unless i wanted to pay extra at the vending machine downstairs...

The location was good. It allowed for easy access to local spots. Breakfast was delicious each morning. I liked that the hotel reserved parking .
My room did not had a fridge. The soap was a small stick. The keychain to my door was massive. It was heavy to carry around.

The staff was helpful. They allowed an early check-in. the air conditioning in my room had two separate units, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge, very effective. i found two balconies connected to my room. i liked the available seating near the nice pool.
The hotel could benefit from some upgrades. Some areas appear a little rundown.

breakfast included moroccan pancakes, orange juice, croissant, and baguette. jam and honey accompanied the bread. tea or coffee was offered during breakfast service, which started early.

the room was spacious and included an ensuite bathroom, a balcony, and a wardrobe. the mattress provided a firm sleeping surface. a fridge in the room was a great amenity. there was also a 24-hour reception.

Comfortable Stay Near Gueliz

My room was very clean. It felt fresh. The bed and pillows provided good support. The location is convenient, offering an easy taxi ride to the Medina. I could also walk to the main part of Gueliz (that's a plus!).
It felt quite old, a bit inconvenient, especially when travelling with luggage or with other guests.

The Family Room had a working air conditioner (important in the heat!). The room had traditional carpets and there was a cupboard for storage. The bathroom includes basic toiletries and fresh towels.

i loved that the hotel placed me close to the city center, just a brief walk away. a supermarket sits only five minutes from the hotel, i remember it well. breakfast included pastries, and juices, just what i needed. the staff was helpful, i always felt so safe.
i noticed the bathroom seemed outdated. the shower curtain felt too long, and the toilet flushed a little slow. i would have loved a bit more attention to these details.

breakfast each morning gave me such joy, it offered coffee, juice, and fresh pastries. there was also a delicious bread roll accompanied by jam. it was simple but oh so satisfying, i felt full with love.
