The strict policy against outside food felt excessive! i was only provided two small water bottles daily. It was quite annoying. The bedsheets weren't changed daily either. the promised unlimited drinks at the cruise dinner turned out to be limited, and i got an extra charge for it. plus, there was a considerable language barrier. Staff struggled with english. This was frustrating

i found the staff to be very gentle and polite. the doorman and the entrance had a nice look. i thought the breakfast staff were very friendly.

i couldn't use the tv , only turkish programs were available , also it wasn't a smart tv. the shower door was in bad condition , so water went out while i took a shower , the ventilation was not working , too. i felt the room was not soundproof.

i was greeted by a super professional receptionist. the superior king room i stayed in had a rainfall shower. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it included a variety of local cheeses.

the gym only had a limited selection of equipment.

I found the hotel clean. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. i appreciated the courteous and attentive behavior of the staff. the location proved convenient. Taksim area was within walking distance, even with some steep alleyways.

during my visit, i noticed the gym was slightly smaller than depicted in the hotel's promotional photos, though still functional.
