The hotel was very clean overall, but the rooms were not exactly as shown in the pictures and had a strong smell of humidity, which added extra stress to my budget. The service was super friendly and helpful, especially the porters at the front. The location was excellent, right by the beach and main attractions, although some rooms were closer to party areas. The dining options were good but could have offered a wider selection. The facilities were decent, with some areas needing improvement.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with a great view of the sea, but the rooms were super outdated and a bit run down, not meeting the standards of a 5-star hotel in the 21st century. However, it was a very clean property.
Although the hotel didn't meet the typical 5-star standards in terms of room quality, the cleanliness and the ocean view were impressive. The beach location was stunning but overshadowed by the outdated facilities. Staff service exceeded expectations with exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist.
