the staff was helpful with directions. the location was near galata tower, and it made exploring that area easy. i also found non-alcoholic beverages at the bar downstairs, and that was nice after a long day. the breakfast included good options.
the bathroom seemed not cleaned well. there was black mold on the walls. the room had a hallway smell and the cafe area smell was overwhelming. it was a really strong odor.

the location really shines surrounded by lots of cafes near galata. the staff i met. i appreciated how clean and well-organized the room was for a comfortable experience.

the room included a mini-bar stocked with various beverages and snacks, i find it convenient. there was a tv with international channels for entertainment and news. the climate control system maintained a good temperature.

the reception desk was staffed 24/7, it is always helpful. i saw that staff members spoke multiple languages, facilitating communication. daily housekeeping kept the room tidy and the service was very nice.

The staff was very helpful and kind to me. Erisa and Avnia were really good. They looked after me very well.
The bathroom was not cleaned very well. I saw black mold on the walls. The breakfast was below average with a bad coffee machine.

the location is very convenient. It provided easy access to many local attractions. The staff were helpful . The breakfast selection offered a decent variety of options..
the soundproofing in my room wasn't great. I could hear street noise quite easily. The bathroom was also quite small. Space within the shower was adequate, but the rest of the bathroom felt cramped.
